Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum, no threshold.

Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Processing time

We aim to ship within 2-4 business days of your order being placed. We ship Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are running behind, we post a note on our homepage rather than emailing individually.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Fragrance cannot be resold once it has left our care, so this applies to every order. Most fragrance companies operate the same policy for the same reason.

If a scent turns out not to be for you, consider passing it on to someone who will enjoy it.

Damaged, defective or lost items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive at all, we will make it right. Email hhscentsense@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, with photos where relevant, and we will arrange a return, replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping for a damaged or defective item is paid by us. We do not offer exchanges.
